JUDGEMENT By an amended writ of summons and statement of Claim dated 25th June, 2021 Plaintiff is claiming against the Defendants jointly and severally the following reliefs: a. An order of the Court setting aside the re-entry order by the District Court in Suit No. A1/45/16 on grounds of fraud and non-compliance with statutory provisions. b. Recovery of Plot No. T.18A situate at Fijai Village Cocoa Product Industry area. c. Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants, their agents, assigns, workmen, all those who derive their title from them etc. from dealing further with the said property. d. Costs. Plaintiff’s Case Plaintiff’s case admits of little controversy. It is the claim of the Plaintiff that she acquired a plot of land at Fijai from the then Chief of Fijai, Nana Kobina Angu II, around the year 2000 for which a lease was duly executed and registered at the Deeds Registry of the Lands Commission, Sekondi.
