RULING In this motion on notice, Defendant/Judgment Debtor/Applicant is praying the court to stay the Execution of the Judgment of the Court dated 9th July, 2021 pending the determination of an appeal lodged at the Court of Appeal against the Ruling of the Court dated 9th August, 2022. The aforementioned ruling was in respect of a Motion of Notice for an Order Setting Aside the Plaintiff/Judgments/Creditors Entry of Judgment and subsequent Execution Processes. The application was dated 28/06/2022. The Court dismissed the application on 9/08/2022 and the Applicant herein has filed a Notice of Appeal dated 22/08/2022 at the Court of Appeal. It is on the back of the said Notice of Appeal that the Applicant herein has filed the instant application.
