RULING In this motion on notice, Defendant/Judgment Debtor/Applicant is praying the court to set aside the Entry of Judgment filed by the Plaintiff/Judgment Creditor/Respondent on 14/07/2021. In an affidavit in support of the application, Applicant is saying that the Entry of Judgment as filed is not a true reflection of the judgment given by the court. Meanwhile, the Applicant herein filed an application dated 25/10/2021 which was similar to the instant one, wherein the Applicant prayed the Court for “Orders setting aside the Entry of Judgment dated 14/07/2021 and consequent processes including the Application for leave to issue Writ of Possession”. The court delivered itself as follows: “… for the above reasons, it is concluded that save for the entry of judgment dated 14th July, 2021 which remains valid, the application succeeds.
