RULING In this motion on notice, Plaintiff/Applicant (hereinafter called “Plaintiff”) is praying the Court to amend her writ of summons and statement of claim. Plaintiff is further praying the court to join one Nana Kobina Kufuor to the suit as Co-Plaintiff. The background facts leading to this application are that on 28/05/2021, Plaintiff filed a writ of summons against the Defendants claiming the following reliefs: A declaration of title to the plot of land numbered Plot No. 55 situate at Windy Ridge Extension Residential Area in the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly. Damages for trespass. Recovery of possession. Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendant, his agents, servants, assigns, privies, workers, or howsoever they may describe themselves from having anything to do with the said plot of land numbered plot No. 55 pending the determination of the suit.
