JUDGMENT In this application, the Applicants herein are praying the court for an order committing the Respondents to prison for contempt of court for their deliberate conduct in ignoring the pendency of an injunction application filed against them from exercising the powers or acting in the capacity as Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Christian Divine Church and to further restrain them from accessing funds belonging to the Church pending the final determination of the substantive case filed against them.
