JUDGMENT The Plaintiffs on the 26TH day of February, 2020 caused a Writ of Summons to be issued against the Defendants herein and claimed for the following reliefs: a. Declaration of the title to all the piece or parcel of lands situate, lying and being at Gomoa Fetteh Stool lands in the Gomoa District in the Central Region of the Republic of Ghana containing and appropriate area of 0.4 acres bounded on the North East by road measuring 89 feet on the bearing 066º- 51’ on the South East by Lessor’s land measuring 305 feet on bearing 155º-22’ on the South West by lessor’s land measuring 85 feet on the bearing 245º-16’ on the North west by lessor’s land measuring 308 feet on bearing 334º-51’ and a piece and parcel of land is more particularly delineated on the site plan attached hereto and thereon shewn edged pink. b.
