DORCAS KOOMSON vs. CECILIA BAIDEN

RULING By a writ of summons and accompanying statement of claim, Plaintiff instituted action against the Defendant herein on the 11th October, 2019 claiming the following reliefs: i. Declaration of title to the Plot No. 360, West Tanokrom Takoradi. ii. Perpetual Injunction restraining the Defendant, agents from the interference and administration of the said house and Tenants in the said house. iii. An Order to stop the Defendant from collecting any rents and dealing with the Tenants in the said house. iv. Costs. The Defendant entered appearance on the 22/10/19 and subsequently filed her Statement of Defence on the 08/11/19 in response to the Plaintiff’s claims. Defendant also counterclaimed against Plaintiff as follows: (a) A declaration that Plot No. 360, West Tanokrom, Takoradi with premises there on belong to the Defendant. (b) An Order setting aside the purported Deed of Assignment executed on 31st August, 1999 on grounds of fraudulent (sic) particularize as in parag.....
