JUDGMENT INTRODUCTION On the 11th of March, 2019, the Plaintiffs herein sued out a writ against the Defendants praying inter alia for: a) An order of this Honourable Court for the recovery of the sum of One Million Six Hundred and Thirty-One Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty-Nine Ghana Cedis Thirty-Seven Pesewas (GH¢ 1,631,949.37) from the Defendants jointly and severally, being the principal investment and accrued interests on the investment made by the Plaintiffs up to February 2019. b) Costs of the action.
