RULING In exercising my discretion whether to grant or refuse the present Application for Interlocutory Injunction, I would consider the following factors: 1. Whether or not there is a serious question of law to be tried or whether the applicant has a right that must be protected. 2. Whether the balance of convenience will tilt against Applicant or Respondent if the application is refused. 3. Whether or not Applicant will suffer irreparable damages, if the interlocutory injunction is refused and 4. Whether an award of damages would suffice if the applicant emerges victorious in the trial. See the case of WELFORD QUARCOO vs. ATTORNEY-GENERAL & ANOR. (2012) 1 SCGLR 529 @ 560 and the case of MONTERO & ANOR v REDCO LIMITED & ANOR (1984 – 86) 1 GLR 710 and the case of 18TH JULY LIMITED V.
