RULING The Plaintiffs/Applicants (hereinafter referred to as “Applicants”) filed the present application for an order of Interlocutory Injunction to restrain the 1st Defendant (hereinafter referred to as “1st Respondent”) from managing the day to day affairs of the company and from holding himself out as the managing director of the 2nd Defendant (hereinafter referred to as 2nd Respondent) and the Sole Signatory to the 2nd Respondent company’s accounts and interfering with the ownership rights of Plaintiff Shareholders in the said company. The application is supported by a 24-paragraph Affidavit dated 20th October 2023 and a Supplementary Affidavit in support dated 20th October 2023.
