RULING The Plaintiff/Applicant (hereinafter referred to as Applicant) filed the instant application praying for Summary Judgment in respect of the reliefs contained in its Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim dated 9th June 2023 as follows: a. Recovery of the sum of GH¢187,683,158.26 being the total sum due to be paid by the Defendant pursuant to executed contracts. b. Contractual Interest on the total delayed payment of GH¢187,683,158.26. c. Damages and Costs d. Any further relief (s) that the Honourable Court may deem fit in the circumstances. Thereafter, the 2nd Defendant/Respondent (hereinafter referred to as 2nd Respondent) filed a Conditional Appearance on 14th June 2023.
