RULING This ruling is in respect of a Motion on Notice for Orders of Injunction and Further Order Setting Aside Purported Auction Sale on 30/12/22 filed by the 1st Defendant (hereinafter called Applicant) dated 24/02/2023 with a 18-paragraph supporting Affidavit and a Supplementary Affidavit dated 17/05/2023 for the following orders: i. Injunction restraining the Plaintiff/Respondent either by itself, assigns, agent, officers/servants and whosoever from withdrawing money paid into court on the 6th of February, 2023 by the auctioneer; ii. Injunction restraining the registrar and the director of financial of judicial service from processing payment or releasing the money to the Plaintiff/Respondent; and iii.
