He states that he was terminated for his alleged involvement in a theft of cables on 5th September, 20 I 5 of the Respondent; 4. The Respondent reported the matter to the police and he was arrested and arraigned before Court; 5. That during his trial at the Court, he appeared before a Disciplinary Committee on 30th September, 2015 for the alleged stealing of cables of the Respondent and terminated. 6. That the court after trial acquitted and discharged Complainant; 7. The Complainant subsequently petitioned the Respondent that his termination was unfair since he has been acquitted by the Court.
