RULING A. SUMMARY OF FACTS: 1. Justice Nana Ampadu was employed as Facilities Coordinator by Dimension Data Limited, the Respondent from 03 March 2008 to 05 November 2021 2. Complainant petitioned the Commission on 11 March 2022 for unfair Termination. 3. The Complainant's Contract of Employment was terminated on 05 November 2021 utter a disciplinary committee found that the Complainant had grossly violated the Internal Procurement Process in relation to the Ghana Commercial Bank POP Relocation Project 4. The Complainant wrongfully committed the Respondent to an amount of GHS 19,194.89 without adhering to the mandatory stipulated procurement procedure 5.
