RULING This is a case of unfair termination of employment put before the Commission. 1. Complainant's case The Complainant submitted that she worked with the Respondent for almost two years and was terminated on 16th November 2020 .The Respondents case is that this action after a series of warnings regarding rudeness and insubordination on the part of the Complainant. 2. The Complainant submits that she has been issued with only one warning letter dated 24th July 2020 and there had never been any such warnings subsequently. 3. The Complainant denied the fact that on 15th November 2020 she refused to carry out instructions from her supervisor to stay behind for fumigation exercise to take place. The Complainant further denies that she ignored the instruction and left the premises before the closing time. 4.
