RULING Brief facts of the case On 19th July, 2021, Pascaline Agbalekpor, Complainant, filed a complaint of unfair termination against Advans Savings and Loans, Respondent. The narration of the complaint attached to the Complaint Form was signed by Kenneth Koomson, Deputy Secretary General, Ghana Federation of Labour (GFL) with Complainant in copy. The Commission referred the complaint to the Respondent for its response per letter dated 27th July, 2021. In a letter dated 17th August, 2021, the Respondent responded to the complaint listing series of events/happenings in the matter and concluded that "The Complainant's complaint to your outfit on unfair termination was made in bad faith, bereft of merit and same should be dismissed." The matter was heard at facilitation but facilitation failed.
