RULING A. SUMMARY OF FACTS CASE OF THE COMPLAINANT: It is the case of the Complainant that: 1. He was employed as a Fork Lift Operator (driver) at the Tema Shipping Harbor with effect from 2nd April, 2017. He was dismissed by the Respondent on 11th April, after he was taken through a disciplinary hearing 2. He was sick and had gone through surgery later that year (2007). The sickness took him away from work for about three (3) months. When he resumed work, he was asked by his boss to drive one of the Directors of the company for a period of two (2) years. 3. After serving for that two-year period, he was transferred to Sunyani as Sales Coordinator of Agro Chemicals. He was further asked by his boss to sell chemicals which had expired even after informing them that the chemicals had indeed expired. 4. His employers insisted he should sell the chemicals at a reduced price for them to go fast. That his salaries have since been withheld by the company since September, 201...
