RULING BRIEF FACTS OF THE CASE On 20th September, 2018, Samuel Azologo, Complainant, filed a complaint of unfair termination against Ghana Education Service, Respondent. The Commission referred the complaint to the Respondent for its response per letter dated 9th October, 2018 with a final reminder dated 29th November, 2018 but there was no response to that effect. In view of that the Commission heard the matter pursuant to Regulation 33(1) of L.I. 1822, National Labour Commissions Regulations, 2006. The Respondent wrote for adjournment on two occasions and Complainant failed to appear without notice on two occasions. Both parties honored all three out of seven hearing invitations. The final hearing in the matter was on 2nd March, 2022. COMPLAINANT'S CASE It is the Case of the Complainant that: 1.
