By a complaint filed at the Commission on 22 September 2020, it is the case of the Complainant that he was employed as a Security Officer by the Respondent via a letter dated 22 January 2007 with retrospective effect from 01 January 2007. 2. The Complainant indicated that he was dismissed for deserting duty post. 3. The Complainant mentioned that he was involved in an accident on his way home on 26 December 2016 and was admitted at the 37 Military Hospital till 19 February 2017 and did not receive any support from the Respondent, and rather received a dismissal letter on his sick bed.
