DECISION Brief facts of the case On 3rd April, 2019, Richie Cudjor Ahedor, Complainant, filed a complaint of "unfair termination" against Adom Savings and Loans Limited, the Respondent. The Commission referred the complaint to the Respondent for its response per letter dated 10th April, 2019 with a final reminder dated 15th May, 2019. Per letter dated 25th June, 2019, the Respondent responded to the complaint listing series of events/happenings in the matter and concluded that "They pray the Commission to dismiss his petition in the entirety for his dishonesty" The matter was heard at facilitation but facilitation failed. In view of that the Commission heard the matter pursuant to Regulation 33(1) of L.I. 1822, National Labour Commissions Regulations, 2006.
