USIBRAS GHANA LIMITED vs. INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL WORKERS' UNION (ICU)

DECISION On 13th February 2023, Usibras Ghana Limited the Complainant Company, filed a complaint of "illegal strike" against the Unionized workers of ICU, Respondents in the matter. The parties were summoned to appear before the Commission. On 15th February 2023, the disputing parties appeared before the National Labour Commission for a hearing of the complaint of illegal strike embarked upon by the workers of Complainant Company. Representation The Complainants were led by the Administrative and Finance Manager of Complainant Company with representation from the Management Team. The Respondents were led by the Ag.
