RULING Brief facts of the case On 7th July,2020, Opoku Eric, Complainant filed a complaint of “Unfair Termination” against Pentecost Hospital Madina (CHAG), Respondent. The Commission referred the complaint to the Respondent for its response per letter dated 30th June,2020.
