RULING Brief facts of the case On 7th July,2020, Opoku Eric, Complainant filed a complaint of “Unfair Termination” against Pentecost Hospital Madina (CHAG), Respondent. The Commission referred the complaint to the Respondent for its response per letter dated 30th June,2020. Per letter dated 31st August,2020, the Respondent responded to the complaint listing series of events/happenings in the matter. The matter was heard at facilitation but facilitation failed.
