RULING Brief facts of the case On 4th une, 2020, Enoch Kwame Ahadzi, Complainant filed a complaint of "Dismissal" against The Hartley Trust Foundation School, Respondent. The Commission referred the complaint to the Respondent for its response per letter dated 25th August, 2020 with a final reminder dated 1st October, 2020. Per letter dated 29th September, 2023, the Respondent responded to the complaint listing series of events/happenings in the matter and concluded that the Complainant "had blatantly disregarded the authority of the school as well as the rules and regulations of the school and that of Ghana Education Service." The Commission heard the matter on 16th August, 2023 pursuant to Regulation 33(1) of L.I. 1822, National Labour Commissions Regulations, 2006.
