RULING A. SUMMARY OF FACTS This action was commenced when a complaint was filed at the National Labour Commission on 13th February, 2019 by Mr. Alfred Agoe Tetteh. Complainant's case It is the case of the Complainant that: 1. He was employed on 15th April, 1997 as an Envelop Factory Supervisor and resigned on 8th August, 2015 due to ill health. 2. Since he resigned, he has not been paid his End of Service Benefit and other benefits due him The Complainant is seeking the following reliefs: 1. End of service Benefit 2. 10 years' annual leave 3. 7 years' credit union contribution 4. Half salaries payment from June, 2006 to January, 2014. Respondent's case It is the case of the Respondent that: 1. End-of-Service Benefit has been abolished by the Government many years ago.
