RULING SUMMARY OF FACTS NATURE OF CASE COMPLAINT OF ILLEGAL RETIREMENT. COMPLAINANTS CASE The claim of the complainant is that: 1. He was compulsorily retired when the time was not due and therefore want to be reinstated and all accrued salaries and benefits paid 2. His actual date of birth is 24th February, 1961. 3. The Respondent retired him from the services of organization on 13th November 2018 without any factual nor legal basis. 4. His actual retirement date should have been 24th February, 2021. RELIEFS The Complainant is seeking the following reliefs: 1. An order to set aside compulsory retirement 2. Reinstatement 3. Payment of all accrued salaries and allowances from 2013 till date. 4.
