RULING BRIEF FACTS The above-mentioned matter is a case of termination of employment which the Complaint also described as dismissal put before the Commission. The Complaint was terminated on grounds of breach of receiving procedure which resulted in financial loss to the Respondent Company on 18th November, 2019. Following the termination, the Complainant filed a petition with the National Labour Commission on the 19th November,2019. COMPLAINANT’S CASE: It is the case of the Complainant that: 1. He received a call from one Manager by name Mr. eric on his way to work saying the diesel driver was outside waiting to be received and there was no manager to assist him. 2. After he got to the shop, he quickly went in for the safety gadgets and informed the Security Supervisor that they were to receive diesel at the back of the mall. 3. He met the Driver for the first time but he mentioned his name and acted as if he knew him over years. 4. They were to receive two compartmen.....
