RULING This is a case of unpaid salaries filed by the complainant, Osei Boateng against the respondent, Brim Central Municipal Assembly on 21st October, 2020. The Complainant's case: 1. The complainant contends that he was an employee at Birim Central Municipal Assembly with staff ID No. 75979. 2. That he retired on 241h August, 2018. 3. That from January, 2017 to August, 2018 he was still working for the Assembly but his salary ceased coming. 4. That due to this he sent all relevant documents including SSNIT statement, Affidavit, Birth Certificate and Biometric Registration from the Controller and Accountant General's Department to his employers for his records to be amended but nothing has come out of it. 5. That he has been to the Controller and Accountant General's Department for several times but all efforts have yielded nothing.
