JUDGMENT KULENDI JSC: Background: 1. This is a criminal appeal against sentence pursuant to the judgment of the Court of Appeal, Cape Coast, delivered on the 6th of May 2020, which, according to the Appellant, affirmed a twenty-five (25) year term of imprisonment with hard labor, imposed by the trial High Court on the Appellant upon his conviction for the offence of Robbery, contrary to section 149 of the Criminal Offences Act, 1960 (ACT 29) as amended by ACT 646 of 2003.
