Background to the appeal This appeal emanates from a high court case with suit number GJ 124/2016. The genesis of suit GJ 124/2016 lies in litigation that commenced in 2010 with suit number OCC/57/2010. The final decision in suit number OCC/57/2010 was a consent judgment recorded on 22 February 2010. The incidents of suit number OCC/57/2010 will be set out soon hereafter.
