JUDGMENT Noble-Nkrumah, JA In the Judicial Committee of the Wassa Fiase Traditional Council [JCWFTC], the Interestd Parties/ Appellants [herein after Appellants] took out a writ of summons accompanied by a statement of claim against the Applicant Respondent [herein after the Respondent] for the following reliefs: a. A declaration that the defendant is not the Chief of Wassa Ateiku. b. An order of injunction restraining the defendant from holding himself out and or acting in any manner as Chief of Wassa Attieku. c. A declaration that it is the 1st plaintiff as general Ebusuapayin who can install the Chief of Wassa Atteiku. d. A declaration that the 2nd plaintiff is the properly and validly selected and enstooled Chief of Wassa Attieku. e. An order directed at the defendant to return the Black Stool to the Palace.
