RULING BAAH, J.A By a motion on notice dated 16 February 2024, the Applicants pray this court for an order of interlocutory injunction, restraining the Respondents and Interested parties and their agents, assigns etc. from implementing the “unlawful orders” of the Respondent dated 28 April 2023, in interfering with Applicants’ Mprim Pampaso Stool, excerpting matters brought before the Judicial Committee of the Mampong Traditional Council (MTC). The application was stoutly resisted by Respondent and the Interested Parties. After a perusal of the affidavits, both in support and in opposition, the various annexures, the statements of case, and listening to the brief submissions of counsel for the parties, we are fortified in the opinion we hereunder tender. The well-established conditions for the grant of interlocutory injunctions were laid down by the Apex Court in Welford Quarcoo v Attorney-General & Anor [2012] 1 SCGLR 259 at 260, as follows: a.
