JUDGMENT KWAMINA BAIDEN, JA. This is an appeal from the judgment of the High Court, Obuasi delivered on 15th December, 2021. The ground of appeal set out in the Notice of Appeal filed on 14th February, 2022 at page 285 of the record are as follows: 1. The judgment is against the weight of the evidence adduced at the trial. The Appellant indicated in the Notice of Appeal that additional grounds of appeal would be filed upon the receipt of the record of proceedings. However, no additional grounds of appeal were filed. The only ground of appeal is therefore the omnibus ground of appeal. The Plaintiff/Appellant shall be referred to as the Appellant whilst the Defendants/Respondents shall be referred to as the Respondents.
