JUDGMENT OBENG-DIAWUO (JA) INTRODUCTION This appeal emanates from the judgment of the High Court, Kumasi, dated the 31st day of March, 2022, in which the Learned Trial Judge dismissed the plaintiff/appellant’s claim and entered judgment for the defendant/respondent on his counterclaim. In this judgment the plaintiff/appellant will be simply known as the plaintiff and the defendant/respondent, the defendant. THE FACTS The facts that gave birth to the instant case are straightforward devoid of any complexities. They may be summed up as follows: The plaintiff is a Former District Director of Ghana Health Service. She started as a staff-Nurse in 1981 and rose through the ranks to the position of a Deputy Director of Nursing Service. She hit the ultimate in her choosing career when in 2004 she was appointed as the District Director of Health Service.
