JUDGMENT OBENG-DIAWUO (JA) INTRODUCTION For the purposes of convenience, the parties in this appeal shall retain their original designations as plaintiff. 1st and 3rd defendants as the case may be. The instant appeal emanates from the judgment of the High Court, Commercial Division, Kumasi, dated, the 17th day of March, 2022 in which the Learned Trial Judge entered judgment for the plaintiff against the 1st and 3rd defendants but declined to award damages in his favour. The Court however dismissed the plaintiff’s claim against the 2nd defendant on the grounds that there was no reasonable cause of action against it. THE FACTS The facts of the instant case may be summed up as follows: The plaintiff was prior to 4th September, 2007 an employee of the 1st defendant’s bank. On the 4th day of September, 2007 he tendered his resignation from the said bank with the effective date being 3rd October, 2007.
