JUDGMENT Ackaah-Boafo, JA i. Overview: [1] My Lords, this appeal has been brought by the Plaintiffs/Appellants against the judgment of the High Court, Accra (Probate and Administration Division), delivered on the 22nd of October, 2021. In that judgment, the trial judge dismissed the reliefs sought by the Plaintiffs. The primary question for resolution in this appeal is whether the learned trial judge erred in dismissing the suit and, as contended by the Appellants, whether the judgment is against the weight of evidence. [2] The relief sought from this court is an order to set aside the judgment of the trial judge. In this judgment, the parties will continue to be designated as Plaintiffs and Defendant, and, where appropriate, referred to as Appellants and Respondent.
