BRIDGET ADDO ACHEAMPONG vs. HAYFORD ADDO ACHEAMPONG

The parties married in 1995 in Accra and relocated to Germany where their marriage was dissolved in 2017. During the marriage, they acquired a property at Ogbojo, Ghana, which the Plaintiff claims is jointly owned due to contributions in cash and kind towards acquisition and construction. The Defendant contends the land was purchased and the house largely constructed before marriage and that the Plaintiff made no contribution.
