JUDGMENT SUURBAAREH, J.A The instant appeal is a result of the dissatisfaction by the Plaintiff/Appellant with the judgment of the trial High Court, Sunyani, dated 30th January 2023, in which the trial court dismissed his claims against the 1st and 2nd defendants/respondents, in respect of a piece of land, Plot No. 31, Block D, South Ridge, North Sunyani. The facts giving rise to the suit resulting in this appeal are not in dispute. The plaintiff/appellant, a company registered under the laws of Ghana, in 1998, applied to the 2nd defendant/respondent and was allocated the plot, the subject matter in this case. According to the plaintiff/appellant, the 2nd defendant/respondent opened a file for in it, No. SY1/JP1633, in respect of the plot, and it immediately began the process of registration, by the payment of processing fees, and was issued a receipt by the 2nd defendant/respondent on 22nd September 1998, with Number 040474.
