JUDGMENT MENSAH-DATSA, JA. This is an appeal by the Defendant/Appellant (hereafter referred to as Appellant) against the judgment of the High Court, Kumasi dated 15th April, 2024 in favour of the Plaintiff /Respondent (hereafter referred to as Respondent). The grounds of appeal are stated on page 96 of the Record of Appeal as follows: i. The Court erred when it failed to award damages for the Defendant/ Appellant after it identified that the Plaintiff/Respondent breach (sic) the contract they entered into but rather awarded punitive cost against the Defendant/Appellant. ii.
