JUDGMENT SUURBAAREH, J.A This appeal is a result of the dissatisfaction by the Plaintiff/Appellant, called appellant hereinafter, with the judgment of the trial High Court, dated 16th December 2022. Per her amended writ of summons of 27th February 2019, the appellant sought against the Defendant/Respondent, simply called respondent hereinafter, the following reliefs÷ “a.
