JUDGMENT MENSAH-HOMIAH, JA. INTRODUCTION On 18th November 2022, the High Court, Kumasi, delivered its Judgment in the instant case and dismissed the plaintiff’s claim against the defendant for recovery of the sum of nine thousand and two hundred US dollars (US$9,200) and interest thereon. The trial court also awarded cost of four thousand Ghana Cedis (GHC4,000.00) against the plaintiff. Aggrieved by this Judgment, the plaintiff/appellant invoked the jurisdiction of this court by a Notice of Appeal filed on 24th November 2022. The sole ground of appeal is the omnibus ground that, the Judgment of the trial court is against the weight of evidence. The record does not reflect the filing of any additional ground of appeal. The relief sought is that, the Judgment of the trial court be set aside. For the sake of convenience, the plaintiff/appellant and the defendant/respondent will hereafter be simply referred to as the plaintiff and defendant, respectively. FACTS The parti.....
