JUDGMENT MENSAH-HOMIAH, JA. INTRODUCTION This interlocutory appeal emanates from the Ruling of the High Court (Commercial Division), Kumasi, dated 22nd January 2024 wherein the court below refused an application brought by the Petitioners/Applicants/Appellants herein for orders restraining the Respondents/Respondents/Respondents herein from receiving rent income and executing tenancy agreements with tenants in occupation of the 1st Respondent/Respondent/Respondent Company, among other reliefs. Henceforth, the Petitioners/Applicants/Appellants and the Respondents/Respondents/ Respondents will be referred to as Applicants and Respondents, for ease of reference.
