JUDGMENT MENSAH-HOMIAH, JA. INTRODUCTION This is an appeal from the Judgment of the Circuit Court, Offinso, delivered on 6th July 2023 in which the plaintiff/appellant’s claims for recovery of money and interest thereon were dismissed by the trial court. The plaintiff/appellant contends in this appeal that the trial Judge erred in dismissing his claims and entering Judgment in part on the defendant/respondent’s counterclaim. In this delivery, we shall maintain the designations of the parties at the court below. Thus, the plaintiff/appellant will simply be referred to as the plaintiff, and the defendant/respondent, as the defendant. THE FACTS On or about 10th February 2019, the plaintiff who described herself as a Sand & Stone Contractor entered into an oral agreement with the defendant.
