JUDGMENT BARTELS-KODWO JA:- On the 2nd of March 2023, the High Court 2, Ho dismissed the application of the Applicant/Appellant herein in respect of a Contempt proceeding. The Contempt proceeding was a fall out from the substantive Writ of Summons and a motion for interlocutory injunction issued by Applicant/Appellant herein against 1st Respondent/Respondent herein. This Appeal is against the dismissal of the Contempt application. BRIEF FACTS The facts garnered from the Record of Appeal (ROA) resulting in the instant appeal are briefly that Applicant/Appellant had filed a Writ of Summons and a Statement of Claim together with a motion on notice to restrain the 1st Respondent/Respondent from conducting any branch elections in the Volta Region including that for the GPRTU Ho-Branch 2 of its officers.
