JUDGMENT DODOO, JA (MRS) The parties to the Appeal, would be referred to by their designations as pertained in the trial court. The Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendant was for general and special damages for wrongful termination of employment. It was the Plaintiff’s case that he was employed by the Defendant as a Microfinance Field Monitor on 20th January, 2014. He said his employment was regulated by “The Rules and Regulations and other conditions of service” or “Disciplinary Code” of the Defendant Bank. It was his case that the Defendant terminated his appointment by a letter dated 27th January, 2020 without any just cause and that the termination was also in contravention of “The Rules and Regulations and other conditions of service” or “Disciplinary Code” of the Defendant Bank.
