JUDGMENT The Plaintiff per her amended Writ of Summons filed against the Defendant on 16th February, 2022 is seeking the following reliefs: (a) An order for the payment of Twenty-One Thousand, Nine Hundred and Thirty Ghana Cedis, Four Pesewas (GH¢21, 930.4) as special damages. (b) An Order for the payment of Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢450, 000.00) as compensation. (c) An Order for the payment of Fifteen Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢15,000) being loss of income. (d) Legal Cost. The Defendant entered appearance on 7th May, 2019 and filed its defence on 13th June, 2019 to the original Writ.
