JUDGMENT 1] The plaintiffs, Naa Ode Armah-Baah and Michel Baah, sue as next friends on behalf of their son, P.K Baah, who is a minor. The defendant, Tender Sprout International School, is an educational institution that provides child care services for pupils in nursery and kindergarten with the aim of nurturing their genes. 2] According to the plaintiffs, by a letter dated 1 1th November 2019, the defendant wrongfully terminated the child care services of their son, P.K Baah, with effect from January 2020. Plaintiffs' case is that the said termination of child care services for their son was wrongful because their son did not commit any wrong to warrant such treatment. Furthermore, the plaintiffs deny the defendant's allegation of lack of cooperation by 1st plaintiff with defendant in providing child care services for their son and contend that the 2nd plaintiff who did not commit any wrong against the defendant was also affected by defendant's decision to terminate child car...
