JUDGMENT On 9th April 2024, the Plaintiff/Applicant (hereinafter called the Applicant) filed motion on notice against the Defendant/Respondent (hereinafter called the Respondent) for summary judgment in this case. He prayed for the following reliefs against the Respondent: a.
