JUDGMENT Per their amended writ and statement of claim, the Plaintiffs claim the disputed land by an acquisition from the Nungua stool in January 1996 which, they have been in undisturbed possession of since acquisition till the defendants encroached on it. They describe the land they acquired as all that piece of land situate, lying and being at Okpoi Gono Nungua, Accra and bounded on the north east by Proposed Road measuring 50 and 60 feet respectively more or less, on the South East by a Proposed Road 100 feet more or less, on the South West by Lessor’s land measuring 110 feet more or less, on the North West by Lessor’s land measuring 210 feet more or less and an approximate area of 0.55 acre . It is the story of the Plaintiffs that their conveyance is registered at the Lands Commission and they have developed a greater part of their land and rented out the premises to tenants.
