JUDGMENT INTRODUCTION On November 29, 2022, the Applicant, Professor Samuel Kwame Ansah, caused to be issued an Originating Motion on Notice invoking the supervisory jurisdiction of the High Court for an Order of Certiorari and Prohibition pursuant to Article 141 of the Constitution, 1992 and Order 55 of the High Court Civil Procedure Rules, 2004 (C.I. 47) to quash the decision of the 2nd Respondent dated 6th October, 2022 on the Re-appointment of the Pro Vice Chancellor and also to prohibit the Respondents, their agents, etc. from taking any further step(s) by way of the appointment of a new Pro-Vice Chancellor.
