RULING This is a Ruling on two matters filed by the 3rd Accused/Applicant (who may, where the context so admits, also be referred to as the or A3) on the following matters; a) A preliminary legal objection raised to the affidavit filed by the Republic/Respondent on 31st May, 2024 in opposition to the 3rd Accused/Applicant’s Motion for an Order striking out the charges or alternatively staying proceedings before the Court on the grounds that; i.
